You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login ID and Password and for all activities that occur under them.
4. Bookman Academy is not liable for any loss due to your failure to secure your account. You agree to indemnify Udvash & Unmesh for any claims or damages resulting from your actions.
5. Additionally, you must notify them immediately of any unauthorized account use. Bookman Academy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or modify content at its discretion.

Mobile Financial Service (MFS), Internet Banking and Debit/Credit Card Transaction

1. You confirm that the MFS information you provided is accurate for accessing services on this site.
2. You also agree to supply valid debit or credit card details for payments. We do not store any debit or credit card or internet banking information.
3. If authorization from the bank is not received or if the transaction is interrupted, it will be deemed failed, and no order will be processed.
4. Any deducted amount will be refunded. We are not liable for any card fraud, and the responsibility for fraudulent use lies solely with you.

Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

1. The site's payment partners and fraud detection team continuously monitor your account to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone engaging in fraudulent activities on this Website or violating these terms.
2. If a fraudulent or declined transaction is detected, Bookman Academy may immediately delete the user account(s) and cancel all orders without liability. Bookman Academy will not be responsible for any refunds.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Once accepted into a program or service, the payment amount will be accessible in the user's account. Users can transfer to another program if available, with funds adjusted but not reimbursed. If a technical error results in an overpayment, users must request a refund within three days, which will be processed in 7 to 10 working days.
2. Refunds for payments made via Mobile Financial Services, Debit/Credit Cards, or Internet Banking will return to the respective method. If not received in time, contact us at info@bookman.academy.
3. Users must not misuse the Website or share personal information during live classes. Abusive content should be reported to info@bookman.academy. Copyrighted materials may only be shared if permission is granted; users are accountable for unauthorized sharing.
4. Users agree to adhere to specific guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment. They commit not to distribute illegal or offensive materials, promote criminal activities, or violate any laws.
5. Additionally, users must not utilize the Website's proprietary information without proper consent, gain unauthorized access to systems, or disrupt the experiences of other users. They are prohibited from storing or gathering personal information without consent, impersonating others, or encouraging illegal actions.
